NCC Estonia offers HPC-related trainings, consultation and free proof-of-concept for adacemia and SMEs. Below is a list of services that can be ordered from us.   • Cluster computing training

    This trainings takes participants through the full cluster computing stack, beginning with architecture principles and hardware selection, and progressing to operating system configuration, job scheduling, and parallel application development with MPI and OpenMP. Minimum 5 persons.

  • Basic software workshop

    Our software training service is designed to help users effectively utilize HPC resources, develop efficient applications, and improve research productivity. The service spans users from beginners to advanced computational scientists. Minimum 5 persons.

  • Workshop on access to national e-infrastructure

    Learn how to access the Rocket cluster - the University of Tartu HPC centre’s main computing cluster.

  • Workshop on access to the LUMI supercomputer

    LUMI is a pan-European pre exascale supercomputer located at CSC’s data centre in Kajaani, Finland, and is one of the fastest supercomputers in Europe.

  • Galaxy access, workflow analysis and optimization

    Galaxy is an open platform for supporting data intensive biomedical research. It enables researchers without informatics expertise to perform computational analyses through the web.

  • Technical support by an HPC expert

    Our user support specialists provide technical assistance throughout the entire lifecycle of using high-performance computing resources. We help with everything from gaining access to computing resources and resolving technical issues to optimizing applications and running large-scale computational research efficiently.
